To make sure our air dried crisps are delicious and crunchy we have spent a lot of time perfecting the air drying process.We have researched a specific air temperature for each different product. The first investment we did as a startup was to buy a small sir drying oven and we started peeling slicing and testing various fruits and vegetables. Many hours went in this process, the main targets were three: Achieve perfect crispiness, maintain vivid natural colours and retain nutrients. After many failures and several tweaks to our temperature logbooks we finally reached our aim. This allowed us to create a perfect, delicious, air dried snack.
